Everything was perfect! The service, the restaurant ambience, the menu, the food. Was an incredible dinner with amazing Avila food selection and a beautiful view.

Neither the fish nor the chuleton were worth the cost, much better food in the Parador

The fork let me book a table for 20.00 on Sunday 12th June however when we arrived we were informed the kitchen did not open until 20.30 so we had to hang around for 30 minutes until we could get in. Why allow bookings at 20.00 if the restaurant doesn&rsquo;t actually open until 20.30??? Food was good and view was lovely too.

The cafe business is very good, there are a lot of people, especially the lazy afternoon

The food was delicious, and the staff were very attentive and helpful. I had a single question about wines and the response was above and beyond. The best dining experience I had in years.

This restaurant was a great find and has to be our favourite in Spain to date! There was nothing to dislike and everything to love! The restaurant itself has great views of the walls of Avila and is very well presented. The staff were all fantastic and the food was phenomenal and the wine great. The homemade cheesecake was, without doubt, the best I have ever had, and by a long way! Oh! I wish I lived in Avila, then I could be there every day!

Our family travels from Madrid to Avila for a special lunch during the holiday season at this jewel of a restaurant. We love the setting, the typical food from the area and first class service. Recommend for tourists, families or friends.

We have been coming to &Aacute;vila annually for nearly a decade (except during the pandemic), and every visit we enjoy a meal at El Almac&eacute;n.  The service is the best in town, the cooking is very creative and high quality, the wine list is broad and deep, and if you are seated at the window or on the terrace, the view is spectacular.  We will return!
